These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MoneyMila Android app ("MoneyMila", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using MoneyMila, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Using MoneyMila

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MoneyMila on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal, household, or business record-keeping purposes.

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where applicable law permits it; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app's normal operation.

2. Your data and content

Any financial information you enter into MoneyMila - transactions, categories, accounts, notes - belongs to you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. See our Disclaimer for more on this point.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the app's Backup & Restore feature, and for storing and sharing any backup file you create responsibly. See our Privacy Policy for how Backup & Restore works.

3. Intellectual property

MoneyMila, including its name, logo, design, and underlying software, is the property of its developer, [YOUR COMPANY OR DEVELOPER NAME HERE]. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the app to you - you're only granted the license to use it described above.

4. No warranty

MoneyMila is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [YOUR COMPANY OR DEVELOPER NAME HERE] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, MoneyMila - including data loss resulting from a device failure, an uninstall, or a restored backup overwriting existing data.

We may update MoneyMila from time to time, including adding, changing, or removing features. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use MoneyMila after an update to these Terms means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using MoneyMila at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.

8. Governing law
